Technological background of integration

- Single Sign-On (SSO): Employees don't need additional passwords. Thanks to OAuth2 and SAML 2.0 protocols, they log into ENEXI directly with their corporate Google or Microsoft account.
- User Provisioning: When you add a new employee in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), ENEXI automatically creates a profile and assigns them to the correct department.
Real-time data
As soon as an absence (vacation) is approved in the system or a new shift schedule is published, the system immediately updates the status in external services using Webhooks. Your team always has up-to-date data where they need it most – right in their calendar and communication tools like Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
