Shared calendars: Forget about overlapping meetings

Scheduling time in larger teams often resembles a logistical puzzle. Managers waste hours looking for a common free window for meetings. Information asymmetry – when the HR department knows about a vacation, but the project manager doesn't – leads to unnecessary delays and frustration.

Automatic availability transfer

ENEXI solves this problem radically: by removing the human factor in updating statuses. When an employee schedules a home-office, enters a doctor's visit into the system, or a manager assigns them an afternoon shift, this information does not remain trapped in the HR system.

  • The system automatically generates a calendar event or changes the availability status (Free/Busy status) for a given time period.
  • This status is immediately transferred to the company's shared calendar via API.
  • When trying to schedule a meeting, Outlook or Google Calendar automatically alerts the organizer that the employee is not present at work.

Benefits for all levels of management

For regular employees, this means zero extra work – they do not have to record their absence in ENEXI and then duplicate it in Outlook. For project managers, it brings absolute transparency in resource allocation and deadline planning.

"A well-set shared calendar is like a silent assistant. It doesn't bother you until you make a scheduling mistake – then it stops you immediately."
